FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. Members with "Pro Unlimited" and "Elite Performance" tiers have 24/7 access to all 12 global Iron Vault locations including upcoming sites in Rome and Toronto.
The minimum age for independent training is 18. Minors aged 16-17 may train with written parental consent and a mandatory orientation session with a staff coach.
Iron Vault is a member-only facility. We do not offer free trials, but one-day "Performance Passes" are available for 25€, which is deductible from the initiation fee if you join within 48 hours.
The basic plan includes gym floor access only. The Recovery Zone (Sauna, Ice Bath, and Compression boots) is reserved for Pro and Elite members.
Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months per year. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice via the official member portal. Initiation fees are non-refundable.
